A schedule of condition is a document to record the condition of a property on the date inspected by a chartered surveyor.
The type and format of a schedule of condition can be varied to suit the intended purpose. Typically the type and format will comprise photographs and/or written text of all the various elements that make up the part or whole of the building that needs to be inspected and condition recorded.
Defect Diagnosis
Building defects detract from optimal building performance and pose inherent risks and have cost implications. Gemstock surveyors are experienced and well placed to investigate and report on specific defects or issues of particular concern.
Snagging Inspection
Typically new properties suffer minor shrinkage and other defects and snagging inspections can be undertaken to itemise and identify any snagging for remediation.
